I had pleasant days staying at this family-run hotel. Although the view was incredible, I had pretty nice bedroom. Parking was onsite and I paid extra gbp 17 per day to park my car. Central location, at walking distance from Azkuna Zentroa Event Management Company.

Fab location and tasty breakfast with many choices. Staff were more than helpful and overall they are THOROUGH people. The room was average, original and had balcony, TV and big windows. It had good lighting.

Every detail, the service was marvellous and the staff was willing to help. The traditional restaurant and tiny bar, we loved them. Lots of various drinks, such as soft drinks and coffee in the bar. The experience was really comfortable, would definitely return here.

This hotel is equal to 5 stars. Their service was excellent too. As picky eaters we enjoyed to be close to lots of restaurants, went to La Vina del Ensanche couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away: D

Super bed and comfortable room, comfy sleep. Beautiful tourist attractions like plaza nueva were very close to the accommodation. Location was FANTASTIC, just 0.3 miles to old town. Great place.
